Translating has almost all the aspects I love in a job. It’s creative but within a pretty strict framework; it’s a problem solving-puzzle without an obvious right or wrong; and a love of language, grammar and creative writing is of great use. I have had the pleasure of getting to translate for a wide range of projects, and I have loved it every time.
